Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how applications published by Deepulse ("Deepulse", "we", "us") handle information. It applies to all mobile applications we publish on Google Play, unless a specific application provides its own separate privacy policy.

1. Summary

We do not collect, store on any server, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Our applications run entirely on your device. We operate no servers, offer no user accounts, and use no analytics.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our applications do not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising (such as AdMob), third-party sign-in, analytics SDKs, or cloud synchronization. No information about you leaves your device through our applications.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Some applications let you create content — such as records, settings, or history — that is saved locally on your device only. We cannot access this data. You remain in full control of it: you can delete it within the application at any time, and uninstalling the application permanently removes all such locally stored data.

4. Location Permission

One of our applications, a trip-fare meter, requests access to your device location. It uses location solely to calculate travelling distance and speed in real time in order to estimate a fare. This processing happens locally on your device for that calculation only. Location data is not stored on any server, transmitted, collected, or shared with any third party. Any trip information derived from it stays on your device under your control. You may grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings; revoking it will disable fare calculation in that application.

5. Third Parties

Our applications contain no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software development kits (SDKs), and share no information with any third party.

6. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

7. Data Security

Because no data leaves your device through our applications, there is no transmission of personal data to secure. Information stored locally is protected by the security of your own device.

8. Your Rights and Compliance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

We operate in compliance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法). Under the PDPA, you have rights over your personal data, including the rights to inquire about and review it, obtain a copy, request correction, request that its collection, processing, or use cease, and request its deletion. Because our applications do not collect, process, or retain any personal data that can identify you, we hold no personal data on which to act. Because we collect no personal data, requests under other frameworks such as the EU GDPR or the California CCPA do not apply to data held by us; we nonetheless follow their core principle of data minimisation by collecting nothing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
